Shrimp and chicken stir-fry with rice for supper. Served on a beautiful old white china platter. I love oriental food with plenty of hot spice to it; and though I love brown rice, I prefer steamed white rice.

On a sunny but cold winter day the best things in life are a warm quilt, a comfortable chair, a fireplace,a cup of hot tea and a good book.
