I am a rose in the Plain of Sharon, the lily of the valleys. Ca. 2:1White cup with scalloped rimWith a sip of hibiscus teaLeft in your bowl—sweet honeyBee lure, tonight you will curlYour skirts around you,Drop to the dewy grassSo another of your siblingsSleeping on your budded branchHas room to unfurl In glory at the sunrise.
