Pear tree blooms like graceful figure skaters in flouncy white skirts,  held aloft by the sleek arms of their handsome dance partners.

Bulbs sprout among the winter's blue pansies. Soon the pink of hyacinth will add its scent and the tulips will wave purple and red chalices at the sky.

Ginger is a lab/hound mix. She enjoyed helping me weed the flowerbed. She's excited about spring's arrival. She rolled in the dry grass and leaves I pulled free. Such a lot of help!She was absolutely lit up with cheer.Can't you tell?
