“A man who could make one rose… would be accounted most wonderful; yet God scatters countless such flowers around us! His gifts are so infinite that we do not see them. “
Martin Luther

As pretty as a peach or maybe prettier this rose blooms at first a deep orange and fades to a perfect peach. It always catches the eye and stops us in our tracks. The bush is spindly and battered looking but we love this peach of a rose.

These roses I bought in the store because I couldn’t resist the color or the shapes of the petals. Each petal had a point in the center and a yellow tint in its center. On Facebook, I posted a photo of them and was asked how I can grow such lovely long -stemmed roses in my yard. If I could grow long stems I would be thrilled. I love that the grocery stores sell roses and the florist’s shop is one of my favorite places.

Look at the shades of color in this rose!

This rose came in a fall bouquet from the florist. The blue blossoms and the yellow and orange fillers – chrysanthemums showed it off wonderfully.
“And why are you worried about clothing? Observe how the lilies of the field grow; they do not toil nor do they spin, yet I say that not even Solomon in all his glory was dressed like one of these.”
Matthew 6:27-28
