Butterfly Weed

Butterfly weed grows in large clumps. Here it is yellow, but later turns a bright orange.
So orange it is almost a red. The butterflies flock to it.
Other names are Chigger Weed, Indian Posy, and Orange Root.
This butterfly I spotted is not one I know. I thought it was beautiful orange and black, but not a monarch.
Butterfly Weed is from the milkweed family.
